The Surprise Community and Recreation Services Department offers programs for people of all ability levels. Under the ADA, individuals needing modifications of policies, practices or procedures, or provisions of auxiliary aids or services should contact the Disability Advocate at 623.222.2266 (voice) or 480.347.9260 (VP) at least 3 business days in advance prior to the event, if possible, so arrangements can be made.
