General Program Policies

• Class sizes are limited. We maintain a 6-1 student to pro ratio in Pee Wee's classes and an 8-1 ratio in all other junior classes. We are strict about maintaining this ratio to ensure the quality and integrity of the class.
• Players who are registered in a current session are NOT automatically placed into the following session. Registration always begins the 3rd week of the current session. Registration is first come first served. No exceptions.
• Parents are not allowed on the court during lessons unless asked by the pro.
• Class cancellations in case of inclement weather. Players will be notified one-hour prior to the start of class time if class is cancelled due to inclement weather. Classes will be made up during our break week (week after the final scheduled class during the regular class time.) In rare cases the regular pro for your class may not be available in these cases we reserve the right to use another teaching staff member.
• Makeups are not guaranteed. Players who miss a class for any reason may ask for a makeup. Makeups are only available if there is room in another class. Speak with your instructor about makeup availability.
• We do not prorate for classes unless it is due to a Arizona High School Athletic Association rule that prohibits a student from attending class.
• We reserve the right to move a student to a different class (level) if the teaching staff feels it is appropriate for the success of the child and class.
